Acceptance of these terms
By visiting debtrescuelab.com or opening a case through this site, you're agreeing to the terms on this page. If any of this doesn't sit right with you, the simplest move is to close the tab and not submit a case — nothing here is forced on you before you've read it.
We may update this page from time to time (see Section 14). Continuing to use the site after an update means you've accepted the current version.

What Debt Rescue Lab actually does
Debt Rescue Lab is a marketing and connection service. When you open a case, we route your details to your own personal loan lender's resolution or hardship team, or in some instances to a participating lender in our network, so a real conversation about your options can happen directly.
- We are not a lender, a debt settlement company, a law firm, or a credit counseling agency.
- We do not negotiate with your lender on your behalf, hold your funds, or manage a payment plan.
- Any change to your loan — a lower payoff, a payment plan, anything else — is agreed solely between you and your lender.

Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to open a case through Debt Rescue Lab. By submitting a case, you're confirming that the information you give us — your name, contact details, and loan situation — is accurate and that it's genuinely yours to share.
SEC. 04
No guaranteed outcome
Opening a case does not guarantee that your lender will offer a reduced payoff, a payment plan, or any change to your loan at all. Debt resolution and hardship programs are not offered by every lender, are not available in every state, and are not the right fit for every situation.
Any figures, percentages, or examples shown on this site (including in our marketing copy) are illustrative only. Your actual terms depend entirely on your lender, your loan, and your circumstances.
SEC. 05
Not legal, tax, or credit advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or credit counseling advice. Pausing or restructuring payments as part of a resolution strategy can affect your credit score, may lead to added fees or interest, and could result in continued collection activity or lawsuits from a creditor. Resolved debt may also be reported to the IRS as taxable income. If you need advice specific to your situation, talk to a licensed attorney, accountant, or accredited credit counselor.
SEC. 06
Consent to be contacted
By submitting your information through this site, you agree that Debt Rescue Lab, and the lender or lender's team we connect you with, may contact you by phone, text message, and email — including using automated dialing or messaging technology — at the number and address you provide, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
This consent isn't a condition of receiving any service, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time using the details in Section 15.
SEC. 07
Third-party lenders and links
Once your case is opened, you'll be dealing directly with your lender's own team, or a participating lender in our network — a party independent of Debt Rescue Lab. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how they handle your case, the terms they offer, or the conduct of their staff. Any dispute about the terms you're offered is between you and that lender.
This site may also link out to other resources. We don't review or endorse the content of external sites, and following a link is at your own discretion.
SEC. 08
What this costs you
There is no fee to open a case or to use Debt Rescue Lab. We're compensated by lenders in our network for connections made through this site — never by charging you. If a lender's resolution program involves its own fees, they're required to disclose those to you directly before you agree to anything.

- Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
We can suspend or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms.
